Portland – Union High School won the Sweepstakes Award among all bands taking part in the 2017 Portland General Electric Starlight Parade in Portland on Saturday.
Other award winners included Evergreen High School, which won first place in the Out of State Open Division, and Skyview High School, which won third place in the Out of State Open Division.
Hockinson High School won first place in the Out of State Division A; Hudson’s Bay High School took second place in the Out of State Division A.
