Inc., a national magazine focused on private business, named DiscoverOrg among its 200 “Best Workplaces 2017,” in its second annual survey.
The Vancouver company, which sells market intelligence to businesses, was graded based on culture, benefits and employee engagement.
Results were based on a 30-question survey given to at least 10 employees with which to evaluate their respective companies. DiscoverOrg said its employees found its leaders are encouraging, fair and provide “ample” training.
“Employees consistently cited a collaborative environment of mutual care and respect, inclusivity, and the feeling of being valued as an employee and a human,” DiscoverOrg said in a press release. The company, founded in 2007, has regularly been featured on lists of fastest-growing companies, including six times in Inc.
