Who’s going to be soaking up the supply of summer sunlight at Clark County’s homegrown outdoor amphitheater?

Classic rockers. Cutting-edge rappers. Youngish popsters and country gentlemen of a certain age. And, maybe, you.

There’s something for just about everyone this year at the 18,000-capacity Sunlight Supply Amphitheater — and occasional bundles of touring acts will let you catch multiple beams for the price of a single ticket. Whether you spring for seats under the roof or just loll about on the lawn, sunlight will find you.

The season kicks off on Sunday with contemporary hip-hop royalty: the rapper known as Future, whose pyrotechnic stage show has been packing ever-bigger crowds into ever-bigger venues. Industry and culture outlets like online magazines Vibe and Uproxx are calling Future the latest, greatest “rock star” that rap has produced; his 2017 “Nobody Safe” tour also features fellow rappers Young Thug, A$AP Ferg and Zoey Dollaz.

A similar but somehow different tour — emphasizing the beloved past, not an challenging Future — will arrive the following week. “United We Rock” features the big sounds and the no-longer-quite-so-big hair of 1970s and ’80s favorites Styx and REO Speedwagon. Don Felder, the former lead guitarist for The Eagles, is also on this tour.

Rounding out the summer’s stylistic offerings on June 29 is cowboy-hatted country singer-guitarist Brad Paisley and his “Weekend Warrior” Tour, also featuring Dustin Lynch, Chase Bryant and Lindsay Ell. Plenty more country rock is in store for later this year, including Lady Antebellum and friends on Sept. 3 and Florida Georgia Line’s “Smooth Tour” on Oct. 7.; Sunlight Supply has also told us to stay tuned for the release of tickets for a Jason Aldean concert on Sept. 22.

Also, Foreigner will be back on Sept. 8; no word yet on whether the band will invite a local high school choir to join them onstage for a rousing version of “I Want To Know What Love Is,” as they often do — and did with the Ridgefield High School choir here in 2015.

Those are just some highlights of the concert season. The whole list is below. Standard ticket prices start in the $25-$30 range for lawn seats, while front-section seats tend to cost $100 or more. Check the website for details on prices, box seating and VIP upgrade packages (including meet-and-greet opportunities with some of the stars).

There’s room for 7,000 cars to park at the amphitheater, and the parking situation is often dense and slow to exit, so consider taking C-Tran (on weekends) or a private shuttle provided by the amphitheater on weeknights (for $5) from the nearby Salmon Creek Park & Ride. Or, you can purchase Premiere Parking along with your tickets via Ticketmaster, which is the official ticketing agency for the venue.
