I’ve waited since March for someone else to write this — never happened. Wasn’t anyone as surprised as I was to receive a credit from Clark Public Utilities? Ours was $30. I read where they distributed $10 million amongst their customers.
Thanks to PUD for keeping its rates low and sharing when they have a good year. Who does that?
