WaferTech, the Camas-based maker of semiconductors, is looking for production specialists and will host a hiring event 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at TownePlace Suites, 17717 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver.
Candidates must have one year of stable work history or a six-month work history with a single employer while attending school. Candidates with basic computer skills and a high school diploma, or equivalent, are preferred. Candidates should bring a r?sum? to the event.
Production specialists at WaferTech help manufacture computer chips. The jobs pay between $14.02 and $15.91, depending on assigned shift.
