PORTLAND — Oregon State Police say two 18-year-olds who escaped from a youth prison may have stolen a pickup from the Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area.

Troopers say the state park emblem is on the doors of the white, Ford F250 pickup. The plate number was E273867.

Brittain McAuliffe of Central Point and Micah West of Salem disappeared last week from the Camp Riverbend Youth Transitional Facility in La Grande.

Police say McAuliffe was spotted Saturday morning at a pharmacy in Milton-Freewater.

He is 5-foot-11, weighs 220 pounds and has tattoos on both forearms, one described as “Native Pride.”

West is 5-foot-11 and weighs 155 pounds. OSP says he has multiple tattoos, one of which is an arm tattoo of a derringer pistol. He has an eagle tattoo on his chest.
