A two-story medical building has been proposed near Southeast 164th Avenue, according to a pre-application filed with the city of Vancouver.

The facility would be 13,000 square feet and could accommodate 64 parked cars, but its exact use was not made clear in the application.

The facility would be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, the application said, with deliveries in the morning hours.

It would be built on a 1.27-acre site on Southeast Cascade Park Drive, just north of Milepost 8 of state Highway 14.

Vancouver-based Jated LLC is listed as the property owner. LLB Architecture, a Vancouver firm, is listed as the project applicant.

As proposed, construction would start in the spring and last through September 2018.

Applicants will meet with city planners July 20. For more information, contact case manager Andrew Reule at 360-487-7891 or andrew.reule@cityofvancouver.us.
