Bagley Downs — The Vancouver Sunrise Rotary held a shoe drive for Roosevelt Elementary School, collecting more than 30 pairs of shoes for the students.

The Rotary club adopted Roosevelt earlier this year.

The Rotarians have already been heavily involved with the school and students so far this year, and have held a winter coat drive, provided school supplies, sponsored an assembly visit from the Oregon Coast Aquarium, given dictionaries to all third-graders and sponsored a field trip to the Vancouver Community Library.
