Vancouver – Vancouver-based Riverview Bancorp on Monday announced a 2 cents per share dividend for its fiscal third quarter. It will be paid April 25 to shareholders of record on April 11.
The dividend represents a payout of 23 percent for the quarter and a dividend yield of 1.1 percent, according to the company, which is the holding company of Riverview Community Bank and Riverview Trust Co.
RVSB shares, which trade on the Nasdaq, closed at $7.36 Monday, up 10 cents.
