106-unit apartment proposed in Bennington

Vancouver-based SGA Engineering proposes to build a 106-unit apartment complex in the Bennington neighborhood, according to pre-application documents filed with the city of Vancouver.

The Reserve Apartments Phase V, would be at 18013 S.E. First St., an 18.37-acre lot that was once planned as the site of the Columbia Tech Center. The site is currently vacant.

Developers are scheduled to meet with city planners May 25.
