Vancouver – U.S. Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, will be awarded the National Down Syndrome Society Champion of Change Award at 9 a.m. today.
The NDSS award is scheduled to be presented at the American Legion Smith/Reynolds Post 14, at 4607 N.E. St. James Road in Vancouver.
