Eagle Scouts

Kevin Moody, 17, and son of Ken and Michelle Moody, recently completed his Eagle Scout project as a member of Boy Scout Troop 648. For his project, the Mountain View High junior partnered with Wheel Deals Bicycles, a full-service bike sales and service shop which supports Open House Ministries programs for homeless families. Moody raised more than $4,200 to purchase bike storage and a two-tier display rack for the shop, and together with fellow Scouts installed the rack and other projects for Wheel Deal’s shop expansion.
