Letter: Russian accusations are a ploy

As I’ve read the paper during the past week or so, I notice that the media folks can’t seem to get over the firing of FBI Director James Comey. It’s not like he is the first one to be canned. The fact is, President Obama should have canned both Comey and Attorney General Loretta Lynch months ago, when the Clinton tarmac meeting took place, and Lynch decided not to do her job and dumped it on Comey.

And Russia? Good grief, folks, if you want to know who messed up the election, investigate ABC, CBS, and NBC, especially Chuck Todd. Then look at the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., and Donna Brazile (the woman who passed along the debate questions), who conspired to deny Sen. Bernie Sanders a shot at the nomination.

In my opinion, the whole Russia/election thing is just a political ploy to keep people from seeing all the wasted time and money Congress is engaged in while maintaining their cushy lifestyle.
