Letter: All should pay for highways

All of us in Washington’s 3rd Congressional District are using the highways that connect Oregon and Washington every day when we eat meals made of ingredients or services that have crossed the region. There’s no reason to believe we should not ask to pay for our highways. Whether by tolls or by taxes.
