• The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes has hired Stacy Ahlberg as director of development, a new position to the organization. She brings more than 10 years of nonprofit development to NWABA.

• Megan Giesbers has joined the client services staff of Johnson Bixby and will provide direct support to Heidi Johnson Bixby. Prior to the position, she was a recruiter for a large life insurance company and is working toward her financial planning certification.

• PeaceHealth has announced two hires to its leadership team: Peter D. Ricoy will serve as vice president of organizational integrity, and Erin Gerner will fill the role of PeaceHealth Medical Group’s chief financial officer. Ricoy most recently served as an equity partner at Oregon law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, and Gerner has for the past 12 years worked for INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, Okla., as system vice president and chief financial officer.

Other business

• The Vancouver Red Lobster restaurant was one of 32 restaurants among 700 locations recognized for the Lighthouse Award at the annual Leadership Conference. The eatery performed in the top five percent of the company, exceeding the standard for guest satisfaction. Heidi Rovig, general manager, accepted the award on behalf of her team.
