Letter: Enjoying a friendly place

My wife and I returned to Clark County a year ago after a 20-year absence. We’ve had wonderful interactions with various folks and businesses since our return. Marilyn, a barista at Peet’s Coffee, greets me a warmly each day, and the coffee is awesome. The staff at Gaynor’s Automotive in Hazel Dell has been extremely helpful. We take our puppy to Orchards Feed frequently; everyone wants to play with Mac and give him treats while assisting us with our needs. Other places we enjoy spending time with the fun employees are Columbia Credit Union in Salmon Creek, Chuck’s Produce on Highway 99, Trader Joe’s and the Three Creeks Library. A true gift to us has been Doug, our real estate agent. We are glad to be back!
