Junior Symphony of Vancouver seeks young musicians of southwest Washington and Oregon to join the symphony. Vancouver Community Concert Band seeks all brass, woodwind and percussion players, active and retired. All abilities welcome; no audition required. Friends of Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge seeks submissions for its annual Refuge Photography Contest. Photographers can submit up to six nature images taken within the boundaries of the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. Prizes will be awarded to both adult and youth entries. Friends of Vancouver Community Library seek artists to participate in its Art4Art fundraiser. Each artist will be given an 8-inch by 8-inch wood panel on which to create art. Completed panels are donated to the library to be sold at the fundraiser.
