Max Rose threw three touchdown passes and Cole Grossman returned an interception for a touchdown as Skyview opened with an easy non-league win.

The Storm led 17-0 at halftime, and 31-6 after three quarters.

On the first series of the game, Gole Grossman stepped in front of Sunset’s receiver and tipped the ball to himself, several times, before finally corralling the ball and scampering 68 yards for his first interception for a touchdown.

Skyview would go on to dominate the first three quarters keeping Sunset off the board and moving the ball up and down the field at will.

In the second quarter Tavis Pinkney caught a pass from Max Rose for a 35-yard touchdown. On the following offensive possession for Skyview, Wyatt Stallman kicked a 29-yard field goal to make the score 17-0.

The third quarter saw both Jovon Sewell and Jayden Chatman receive touchdown passes from Rose, Sewell for 20 yards and Chatman for 2 yards. Sunset would add 20 points in the 4th quarter to complete the scoring.

Rose completed 16 of 19 passes for 200 yards. Jalynnee McGee rushed for 76 yards.
