The Week 3 non-league football game between Heritage and West Valley of Yakima will be played at 4 p.m. Saturday at McKenzie Stadium in Vancouver after air quality in Yakima continues to be poor.

The game was originally scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at West Valley High School in Yakima.

West Valley has not played a home game this season. The Rams’ Week 1 game against Mercer Island was canceled by poor air quality from fires in the region.

Heritage (2-0) beat West Valley (0-1) 27-7 on a Saturday afternoon at McKenzie last season.

The Heritage-West Valley freshman will play at 1 p.m. Saturday at Heritage High School.
