There is one immediate obvious advantage to bringing tolls back to the I-5 Bridge. We will be able to keep those demonstrators, from all sides, in Portland. A question asked to every driver coming north will distinguish among them and permit exclusion of the troublemakers. Besides, most of the demonstrators will not have the money to get past the toll booth.
