Bravo! Northwest Chorale seeks singers for its 25th anniversary concert season, with performances including Handel’s “Messiah,” Durufle’s “Requiem” and other choral classics. Vancouver Community Concert Band seeks all brass, woodwind and percussion players, active and retired. All abilities welcome, no audition required. The volunteer community band, along with its polka band, Dixieland Jazz Band and chamber ensembles, performs regularly around the area. Vancouver USA Singers seek applicants to join the 90-member community choir for its upcoming season of performances, featuring four concerts that will include Brahms’ “Requiem” and “The Music Man.” Auditions will consist of a short song, reading music is required. Art

Friends of Vancouver Community Library seek artists to participate in its Art4Art fundraiser. Each artist will be given an 8 inch by 8 inch wood panel on which to create art. Completed panels are donated back to the library to be sold at the fundraiser. Deadline for returning the panels is Nov. 15. The panels may be picked up at Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St., Vancouver. Please contact the library at 360-906-5000 for more information.

Theater

Va Va Voom seeks talent for its upcoming Christmas show, “A Christmas Quandary,” in December. The group is open to those looking to sing, dance, act or work back stage to help put on the performance sat the Barberton Grange and at senior living facilities. The musical theatre troupe feature participants ages 50 and older. Rehearsals are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, at Barberton Grange, 9400 N.E. 72nd Ave., Vancouver.
