Fire burns mobile home northwest of Battle Ground

Firefighters responded Monday night to a fire at a motor home in the Cherry Grove area northwest of Battle Ground.

Fire crews were dispatched to a structure fire in the 7900 block of Northeast 252nd Street shortly before 9 p.m., according to dispatch records.

Emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian indicated firefighters found a large slash pile and motor home on fire.

More information was not immediately available.
