The driver involved in a Sunday morning single-vehicle rollover in Vancouver remained hospitalized as of Tuesday morning.

Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp identified the two occupants of the car as Tiffany N. McCash, 24, and Aaron R. Garza, 45, both of Vancouver.

McCash, the driver, is still in the hospital, Kapp said in an email.

Police said the crash was reported about 8 a.m. near the intersection of Highway 99 and Ross Street. Officers responding to the scene discovered a Subaru Forester had gone off the road and overturned at least once.

Both McCash and Garza were taken to a local hospital with potentially serious injuries.

“Speed was a factor in the crash, which is still being investigated,” Kapp said.
