Vancouver police reported Wednesday that the second person shot during a Jan. 3 incident in the neighborhood of Ellsworth Spring is a teenager.

Police identified the young man as 18-year-old Devan Graham.

“He remains hospitalized,” police said in an updated press release, adding that no additional information was available.

Graham was in serious condition over the weekend, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said earlier this week. Police previously said Graham was seriously injured while another man, 22-year-old Andrew C. Morris, was shot in the leg.

The shooting occurred a week ago sometime before 9:15 p.m.. That’s when officers and medics responded to the 10400 block of Southeast 10th Street on the report of a disturbance. Once there, responders found the two gunshot victims.

Investigators determined the men “fired their weapons at each other at some point, resulting in both parties being shot.”

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the police department.
