The Vancouver Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for several people, two suspected of taking cash from an ATM and two others for theft.

Surveillance cameras caught all the suspects on video, and the police department is circulating images taken from the videos in an attempt to identify those involved.

On Dec. 22, officers responded to a theft at a Wilco Farm Store and learned a man had entered the store, took a Leatherman multi-purpose tool and left without paying.

Anyone with information on the man’s identity is asked to contact Vancouver Police Service Technician Donna Batt at donna.batt@cityofvancouver.us.

Earlier that month, on Dec. 19, someone called the police after a woman at the Latte Da coffee house in Vancouver’s Lincoln neighborhood stole the contents of an employee’s purse then used the victim’s debit card.

The woman has a tattoo on her left hand that says “Freckles,” the police said.

The police asked tipsters to contact Police Service Technician Kathy Parrish at kathy.parrish@cityofvancouver.us with any helpful information.

On Dec. 16, two men accessed then stole a large amount of cash from a drive-up ATM.

Surveillance cameras captured an image of both suspects, as well as their vehicle.

Tips in that case can be forwarded to Police Service Technician Kristy Morrow at kristy.morrow@cityofvancouver.us.
