Demolition of the former Petlock Building at 615 W. Sixth St., in downtown Vancouver, began last week and is expected to continue through the end of the month. There are no immediate plans for construction on the property, which is owned by the city of Vancouver. Workers had removed hazardous materials before the building started coming down.
