SEATTLE — Alaska Air Group Inc. reported first-quarter profit of $99 million. On a per-share basis, the Seattle-based company said it had net income of 79 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.05 per share.
Vancouver — The Vancouver Clinic will take over Pacific Midwifery Services starting June 1. The change means The Vancouver Clinic will have 11 midwives able to provide labor and delivery services at both Vancouver hospitals.
