Miss Clark County makes Top 8 finish at Miss Washington program

The ColumbianMiss Clark County Rachelle Kays made it into semifinals of the Miss Washington competition Saturday night, earning a Top 8 finish overall.
Miss Tahoma, Janet Harding, won the Miss Washington title.
Louis Elaine Smith-Zoll won the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Miss Washington Scholarship Organization for continued loyalty, dedication and faithful service.
The Miss Clark County Scholarship organization won fist place in the number of in-kind scholarships for the state. |
