Clark County Sheriff Reserve Association President Debora Wonderly, left, presents a memorial plaque honoring the life of fallen K-9 officer Kane to Humane Society for Southwest Washington Executive Director Chuck Tourtillott earlier this year. Tourtillott has resigned from the nonprofit after five years.
