Jose Rodriguez, owner of Spanish Sunrise Dairy, inspects the runt from the first litter produced by his year-old pig Dottie. The litter — 11 piglets — is on display at this year’s Clark County Fair; most have been sold, and Dottie will try for a second litter soon.
