Diana Vick, right, calms her son, Chase, 2, by distracting him with the horse’s face before the carousel starts Tuesday at the Clark County Fair. The Vicks took part in a sensory-friendly event at the carnival aimed at children who would be overwhelmed by the usual lights and noise.
