Clark County Commissioner Marc Boldt prepares beef bottom round roasts for the coals Thursday in the Young Life booth at the Clark County Fair. Also working the booth is his daughter Molly, 10. As a commissioner, Boldt champions the fair year-round, and puts in long hours as a volunteer during its annual 10-day run.
