Power lines near Goldendale are at capacity because of power being generated by area wind turbines. The Bonneville Power Administration wants to build a transmission line to handle additional power generated by the wind farms. --- Brian Fletcher, who has a farm west of Goldendale, opposes a proposed power transmission line that would cross his property. ---
