Cody De Luca and her son, Josh, 3, consider the damage to their house Monday morning. Driver Rajneel Singh, 26, of Salmon Creek is accused of hitting the house with his Scion and fleeing on foot. Josh, who was in the garage when the car hit, was treated for a concussion and had four stitches in his scalp.
