Cody De Luca holds 3-year-old Josh on Monday at the spot where Josh was standing Sunday night, when a car hit the house and the force sent the boy flying. Josh was taken to the emergency room with a minor concussion and a 2-inch cut on his head, his mother said. The house has been hit by out-of-control vehicles three times in the past year, the family said; the long straight road attracts “drag racers” in the night.
