During times of stress we often eat more (and worse) food, stop exercising, sleep less, and drink and smoke more. If there is one area to focus on to make things smoother, this is it. Instead of a giant push or abstaining from fun holiday traditions, Dr. Will Meek usually suggests small changes like having two cookies instead of three, or parking further away from the store to get a short walk in.
