George Powell, 2, and dad Mark Powell, of Vancouver, were engulfed in a cloud of steam from Santa’s SP&S 700 steam locomotive as it arrived Saturday morning at the Vancouver Amtrak station. George said he came to see the train and, admittedly, not Santa.
