Two Vancouver-based service businesses, the Beaches Restaurant and The Barbers, are operating at Portland International Airport and learning the ebbs and flows of 24-hour travel schedules. The Port of Portland invited both companies to open at the airport as part of its effort to create a local retail atmosphere in the terminal.
