A city of Vancouver tractor assists a crew as they install additional fencing along closed portions of the Renaissance Trail near the Tidewater Cove Condominiums Tuesday. Despite the fact floodwaters have made the closed portion unsafe, many choose not to detour onto Columbia Way, instead trespassing on private property along the path to get around barriers.
