Dr. Stu “Cap’n Mac” MacPherson, 64, background, of San Diego County, Calif., details his 1929 TravelAir C4000 biplane for today’s celebrations at the Fort Vancouver Historic Site. He’s been coming to Vancouver’s Fourth of July celebration since 1988.
