Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer, left, is briefed Tuesday by Gary Pruessing, ExxonMobil Pipeline Co. president, in Billings, Mont., about an oil spill on the Yellowstone River. Schweitzer has since moved to work on cleanup independently of the corporation.
