Traffic flows Wednesday on Interstate 405 in Los Angeles. Beginning Friday evening, authorities have shut down a 10-mile segment of the 405 freeway for 53 hours so crews can demolish one side of the Mulholland Drive Bridge as part of a $1 billion highway improvement project.
