Kyle Baxter, owner of the referral company PacMed Labs in Gig Harbor, grabs says advertising medical marijuana “green cards” from the back of his pickup Tuesday. The signs provide a phone number to call in order to get a card for $150. “It’s a very potent form of advertising,” he said.
