Mike Starks, left, of Soha Signs and Dave Sams, with Advanced Electric Signs, mount the final part of a three-dimensional mural on the Main Street facade of the Vancouver School of Arts and Academics. The panel is the first of six designed and built by VSAA students as part of the Columbia River Confluence Project.
