Jennifer and Erick Wegerer and their twins, Adrienne and Alex, visit the Vancouver Farmers Market on Saturday. The Wegerers say they decided to stay in Clark County because of the 180-day school year and lower cost of living. Clark County had the largest growth in children in the Portland metro area in the past 10 years.
