Jessica Reyes, Jason Valdez's sister, and his father, Duane Valdez, react Saturday after hearing a loud explosion as SWAT teams storm the motel room where Jason Valdez was allegedly holding a hostage in Ogden, Utah. Jason Valdez remains hospitalized in critical condition from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. During the 16-hour weekend standoff, Valdez posted status updates on Facebook.
