Honor crews from Larch Correctional Facility tend to a 40-50 acre fire burning in the Yacolt Burn State Forest near Washougal on October 12, 2009. The Department of Natural Resources program that employs inmates to fight forest fires may face setbacks as the agency continues to finalize its budget for the next biennium.
