Russ Pascoe, vice president of the Arnada Neighborhood Association, hatched the idea for Vancouver’s first street mural after seeing their popularity in Portland. Arnada’s mural spurred several other projects. The mural has faded, however, and Pascoe has plans to repaint it this summer.
