Park visitors watch Saturday as volunteers spruce up the bandstand at Esther Short Park. The volunteers are employees and contractors with RSV Building Solutions, and the project was the idea of RSV President Ron Frederiksen, who noticed the building was looking rundown on his frequent walks through the park.
