The Dollar Lake fire smolders Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, near Laurance Lake, on Mount Hood, Ore. The Dollar Lake fire was three miles east of Bull Run Watershed on Tuesday as firefighters labored to build containment lines before windy conditions return early Wednesday morning.
